At Intelekt AI, we strive to offer flexible and transparent billing policies. Below are our guidelines on cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a subscription cycle.
2. Refund Policy
We issue refunds under the following conditions:
- ✅ Duplicate Charges – If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
- ✅ Technical Issues – If our Services fail to deliver as promised due to technical errors from our side.
- ✅ Unintentional Charges – If a payment was made in error and reported within 48 hours.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
- Partial use of Services within a billing period.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
3. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact care@getintelekt.ai before filing a dispute with your bank. Resolving disputes directly with us helps ensure faster resolutions.
4. How to Request a Refund?
To request a refund, email care@getintelekt.ai with:
- Your account email
- Transaction details (date, amount, invoice ID)
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days upon approval.
5. Modifications to the Billing Policy
We reserve the right to update our Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Continued use of our Services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
